As the dust settles, you realize that it actually doesn’t – you just throw that stuff into the air and rearrange it into more digestible clumps? All of the pieces, the hurts and heartbreak and joy and glorious togetherness remain – just kind of rearranged, polished. Cared for and put back in the box.
