WHAT A WEEK!

What an amazing week!

We launched the Museum Patreon with access to all levels for just $2 – there are over 12 entries already and many more in production, almost ready (or ‘seed’ mode – more embryonic). It’s a strange and interesting relief to know that as we find, discover and archive, we can keep you informed as we go! We’re already scheduling an ‘over the shoulder’ video with me as 
I look through a huge box of Brian Shanley art, photos and Wax Trax related items.

Some super cool events are coming up – many NiN related! Marky Ray is one of many Cleveland crew that started out with NiN – and went on to work with others like Butthole Surfers, The Cramps, Toadies, and many more!

I love what I’ve been seeing in general about community org and people helping people! We’ve been doing the ‘choose your discount,’ free shirt Friday, and all kinds of stuff to help throughout the years. I just saw that the awesome Salt Shed has a policy of “let us know if you don’t have the funds – we want you to be here” policy. Of course I’ve mangled it but that’s about it! It aligns nicely with the efforts we make with Pigface (yes there’s a crazy VIP that allows us to give some tickets away too!), and right along with the decision to make the Patreon $2 all access for everyone!! Loving it!

Anyway – in keeping with these ideas – we have a 50% code for a few tickets for tomorrow’s Sunday tour (MARTINGUEST), and the same for Marky Ray’s event a week from today (MARKYRAYROCKS). If you are in the business or want to be, I strongly suggest being here. Marky has done a LOT, and is also a teacher – so it’s big for stories and usable intelligence too!
