Museum Monday: Incredible Weekend, New Posters, Labor Day Sale

I hope you aren’t tired of these, “oh my goodness – I love the museum” posts, because here comes another one.

It’s been VERY busy and emotional and full of new and old connections – which is an important part (the most important part?) of what a museum is.

From a sold out tour with 22 people and a celebration with cupcakes, to a private VIP tour for two people at the last minute, then hanging with Tom Lash (whose floor I slept on with Brian Brain in 1983ish onwards; Tom also played trumpet onstage with us and introduced me to Trent who played sax that same night – see the Patreon for that story!), to hanging with Jim Lanza – an OG NiN merch guy with amazing photos from that time and Cleveland’s punk scene!

ANYWAY,  all of that to say, I’m still discovering what the museum is, and each week reinforces how gloriously fueling it is from filling hearts to filling heads, the knowledge base grows, stumbles, wanders a bit and gets distracted, but then keeps on growing.

There’s a LOT coming up in the next few weeks and really throughout the rest of the year – lets GO!!
