Huge Feedback From NPR
Pigface to Reznor: Here’s what you’ll find in Chicago’s New Industrial Rock Museum
Apologies if you have seen this already, but we are still walking on air from this piece – a validation for sure, and a huge pat on the back to all of our founders – some of whom supported this before we were even in the space !
At the end of last year, NPR’s Stephen Kallao came to the museum. The episode of World Cafe finally aired Friday, and it’s a really amazing moment! My head is spinning right now – sometimes the struggle of this is deeply personal and lonely (or maybe that’s the pain meds) – but this, today, is a moment to celebrate and give thanks and simply be happy as fuck that almost two years ago we all decided to fucking do this! PunkAF and industrial as all fucking get up!
Thank you – you rock!
3 Ways You Can Support the Museum:
Consider bidding on one of the great items in our auctions, which include the poster from the first Pigface show, Trent Reznor’s Suck lyrics print, rare PiL items, and of course experience auctions like Spend a Night at the Museum, Archival Listening Session, or win a Tour of the Museum for up to 10 people! Consider buying some things that are ready to ship from the store – the Museum catalogs are gorgeous & awesome, the RX album, the new FOOK shirt, the new museum coffee, or become a founder of the museum itself (and be included in the next catalog’s founders list)! For those of you struggling, yourselves, the 30% discount code is still active – use DISC30. Online Store Here
A monthly subscription donation to the Museum – You can choose any amount you’d like, and can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Check out the Subscriptions Here
Much love, peace and respect as always.
