On My Birthday…

Hiya!

Thank you for all of the wonderful birthday wishes across social media – 64 years for me! I appreciate all the thoughts. I’ve already spent some time contemplating my dad’s apple tree (well, its successor) in the back garden and, as I promised him, I’ll sit and eat one of the glorious apples later today.  
 
We have a busy day planned over at the museum: re-arranging some exhibits and preparing for an overnight! The Skinny Puppy area has just exploded (thank you for the amazing donations!). Ditto on Genesis Breyer P-Orridge (we are tracking a package right now!), Ministry, and Einstürzende Neubauten. The scanning station is all set up and some amazing interns are all set to get the first few thousand items correctly archived in high-res!
