Chris spoke for 90 minutes about Ministry, solo work, Bill Reiflin, Geordie Walker, WaxTrax!, William Tucker, Sinéad O’Connor, Sons of the Silent Age, and dug deep into his own creative writing practice. It was truly magical! Then he tuned up his acoustic guitar and treated us all to several songs. Later, he chatted informally and signed stuff – a great afternoon! I’m so pleased we added the online option for anyone not able to travel.

Some of the studio listening sessions have really taken a turn and become one of my favorite parts of the tours. This last week we took a deep dive into some PiL stuff!
A founder had just bought their son a copy of Flowers of Romance, so I took delight in playing some un-realeased tracks from those sessions – mind blowing and super special! Yesterday I was down in the studio with Murray listening to some mixes of This Isn’t a Lovesong – once again that special vibe – like what used to happen when we would sit around and just listen and talk?
So, I’m starting an occasional whenever I feel like it Rabbit Hole Series where we will go down the Rabbit Hole with a different artist as time and circumstances and desire dictate! The first one will be PiL, leading up to the 40th Anniversary of This is What You Want, This is What You Get.
