Industrial Christmas Vinyl & Last Discount Weekend

AN INDUSTRIAL CHRISTMAS CAROL: 30 YEARS

I don’t know how many Industrial Christmas albums there are now, but when I recorded this 30 years ago, I don’t think there were any. The new family (just me, Katrina, and Ian) were living at the Invisible loft at 2024 S Wabash, and it just made sense for me to go into the studio that had recent housed Killing Joke rehearsals, Pigface pre-production, and the first SPASM performance to rattle around some chains, atmospheres samples and beats.

The crying heard on one of the tracks is Ian, less than a year old. We were recording and I just wandered into the studio with him in my arms.

Sadly, the message ‘age old hatred never takes a holiday’ is as true today as it was a quarter of a century ago. This is intended as a celebration, something joyful for those of us who don’t  ‘go to church.’ Something for the church of us perhaps.

If I could add an epilogue track to this red vinyl release, it might be, “Be kind, be as kind as you can to everyone, then when you simply can’t  manage any more – be nicer.”

MINOG HOLIDAY SALES ENDING SOON

I’m so happy we are doing this again this year!

The notes are balanced between people taking a discount, letting us know that it’s appreciated AND people who used the 90% discount a few years ago and are happy to support now that things are better for them. It’s great when people like your music and it draws people together, but it’s the community that’s the magic!

Most Popular Sale FAQs:

A – yes !!

Q – Is there anything the discounts do not apply to?
